Application for international students: what solutions are there to get into one of the best computer engineering schools in the world?

Admission requirements after high school graduation

Foreign students must take the same entrance exams as Beninese or Ivorian students. Whether you come from Gabon, Mali, Senegal or Morocco, from a French-speaking country or not, the criteria for joining our computer science school are the same! The motivation interview is conducted via Skype , and the technical and English tests are done directly online on our portal. Why a logic test and not a math test? Logic is, for us, the key to success in the IT sector, even more so with the project-based learning approach we are developing. It is necessary to include the results of the English test (TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC) in the application file .

How to enroll at Epitech from abroad: registration and visa application procedures

All students wishing to pursue their computer science studies on an Epitech campus in Africa must complete the necessary steps to validate their student visa within three months of their arrival in Benin or Ivory Coast. Nationals of ECOWAS member states are exempt from the requirement for a residence permit for their studies in Benin and Côte d'Ivoire. Those not eligible for this exemption must apply for a visa online through the official visa application platform. This visa will be valid for the first three months of their studies. Applications for a longer-term visa must then be submitted to the Directorate of Emigration and Immigration (gouv.bj). To enable as many people as possible to study computer science and thus access a major sector of innovation, Epitech has long understood the value of not offering just one campus in Africa! Our expansion strategy includes opening new campuses in other African cities, making our training programs accessible to as many young Africans as possible. Depending on your geographical preferences, whether you prefer attieke or pounded yam, or coupé-décalé to soyoyo, you can choose between the Abidjan or Cotonou campus. These two cities are home to the first Epitech campuses in Africa. Regardless of your nationality, you can join one of these campuses according to your preferences. Furthermore, each campus also maintains close relationships with local players in the IT sector, providing students with numerous challenges to overcome during their studies as well as significant career opportunities.
